TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern booking DJ Ice for your event.

DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date and must be paid along with a signed contract.

BALANCE

The remaining balance is due by the end of the event.

CANCELLATION

Deposits are non-refundable for client cancellations. Cancellations within 30 days require the total fee or forfeit of the deposit, with the option to rebook within 12 months.

WEATHER

Weather cancellations forfeit 50% unless a rain date is used.

INSURANCE

DJ Ice carries $2,000,000 in event insurance per event.
